Federal Courthouse in White Plains

The United States District Court in White Plains is located at 300 Quarropas Street, at the corner
of South Lexington Street, near the County Courthouse, just a few blocks from the Metro-North
train station and one block east of the parking garage at the Galleria Shopping Mall.

Directions to federal courthouse in White Plains: Take the NYS Thruway to the Tappan Zee
Bridge. Cross the bridge. Go for about one mile after the tolls to 287 East (you exit onto 287
from the left hand lane). Take 287 East to Exit 5 (White Plains). Take the exit ramp and make
a right at the end of ramp onto Rte. 100/119 toward downtown White Plains. Go about 1 ½
miles until road bends to left. After the bend in road take a right at the second light onto S.
Lexington Street (take the right from the second from the right lane so that you will be in the far
left hand lane on S. Lexington, which is one-way). Almost immediately after you turn right
there is a parking garage on your left hand side. Turn left into that parking garage (under the
Galleria Mall). Find parking (the meters take quarters--if you go over, you can pay the balance
when you exit). The federal courthouse is on the corner of S. Lexington and Quaroppas Street
(300 Quaroppas Street), two blocks up South Lexington from the parking garage (walking south
in the direction away from Main Street)

From the Tappan Zee Bridge, take the Cross Westchester Expressway East, Interstate 287, to
exit 5, Route 119, Tarrytown Road East. Go under the railroad bridge to the Galleria Mall
Parking Garage.
From the Cross Westchester Expressway, Interstate 287 West, take exit 6, Route 22 N
Broadway. Go left on Route 22 to Martine Avenue. Turn right on Martine Avenue and proceed
to the Galleria Mall Parking Garage.
From Putnam and Dutchess Counties, take the Taconic Parkway South to the Bronx River
Parkway. Take exit 22 to Route 119, Tarrytown Road. Go left on Route 119, and under the
railroad bridge to the Galleria Mall Parking Garage.
From the Bronx River Parkway North, take exit 21, Main Street. Go right on Main Street to the
Galleria Mall Parking Garage.
